FOCI

Governance-first intelligence, built in the open.

One idea: intelligence you can read, audit, and trust — by design, not by promise.

What FOCI is

FOCI is a governance-first build method. Before any app ships, it asks one question: can this be operated, explained, and rolled back under a clear rule set?

The result is a small stack of working tools — each one a proof that disciplined building beats undisciplined scale. This page is the explanatory center for that method. It is not a product launch and not an autonomous system.

Why governed intelligence matters

Most tools ask you to trust them. FOCI asks you to verify.

That discipline is the difference between a demo and something you can actually rely on.

The five-app flow

Five small apps, each doing one job, derived from the same governed method:

Extract → Distill → Compact → Context → Prompt

A clean path from raw source to a usable prompt — each step its own tool, each tool its own record.

FOCI Sovereign

FOCI's next horizon is a sovereign build node — exploratory, not yet live.

Boundary note. FOCI Engine is a method and an explanatory center, not a launched autonomous engine. Gate F (broader propagation) and Emergion (sovereign node) remain separately governed and are not active here. What you see is the five-app stack, governed and recorded.
